Return Policies & Exchanges

 

                               CHANGES, WARRANTIES AND/OR RETURNS:
Paradizia Swimwear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and feel so happy to buy our garments!
  • Returns will only be accepted for an Exchange or Merchandise Credit. No REFUNDS will be issued.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene protectors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  •   The above measures apply to any type of guarantee, exchange and/or return without exception. And, in case it does not meet the above criteria, the goods will be returned to the customer's place of residence and he will have to assume the costs of it. 
  • All merchandise sent out of time for exchanges/or returns will be returned to the customer who must assume the cost of return shipping.
  • Promotional items are not subject to changes, guarantees and/or returns.
  • If you are returning an item for Credit; Paradizia will issue a merchandise credit that will be sent by e-mail and will be valid for 3 months from the issue date. The credit balance will only be settled for items that are available in our inventory.
  • Paradizia Swimwear  is not responsible for the loss of goods for return.

        • A Return Authorization Form will be required to make the Exchange.  Please fill out the form completely to avoid any delays in processing.  If you have requested an Exchange, please make sure you provide credit details so that we can cover new shipping expenses.
        • For Paradizia Swimwear is very important to be aware of the reasons you may have to request an exchange, we would appreciate if you tell us the reasons in the Return Authorization Form.
        • The Return should be accept first, write an email to obtain the authorization and the Return Address.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

        • The cost of returning any item to Paradizia Swimwear is the responsibility of the Customer. Shipping costs are non refundable.
        • Track your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not reach our facility.
        • Paradizia Swimwear will notify you via e-mail once your Return has been Received and Approved.

         DAMAGE AND ISSUES

        • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        QUALITY PROBLEMS

        • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective.
        • Paradizia Swimwear subjects all its products to strict quality review, providing products with superior quality standards; in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email: CustomerCare@ParadiziaSwimwear.com
